To prepare your child for baptism, first, make sure to PRAY for them! Second, begin praying about potential godparents. A godparent shouldn't be chosen for social or family reasons but should be someone who will help guide your child in their Catholic faith.

The required documents are as follows:  

Registration Form, Child's State Issued Birth Certificate, $25 fee, and Godparent's Catholic Church marriage certificate or Confirmation certificate if godparent is single. 

Please include Names and Roles of each person attending the class.
